Does this mean that I'll be able to open my video files from within X2 and they'll display correctly with VLN, instead of just a quarter of the screen as it currently does on my 4k TV.

If I want a video file to open correctly I have to open VLN and launch the file from there. I've written this up before but it was brushed under the carpet, I understand its complex but hey since you brought this up I thought I'd strike while the irons hot :D

have you tried turning on the multimonitor manifest option during installation? Check if the manifest file (it's text) in your xplorer2 installation folder includes the text permonitorv2

also, if that's there and you still have problems, you may have turned on too many compatibility tweaks from xplorer2 shortcut icon properties (that's on your desktop). Try leaving them all out

I undid the DPI changes in properties, then I installed the latest version and enabled multiple monitors, problem solved.

Thanks.

I would have a look at it if you'd hand me the source code ... :P

Glad to see this happening. Soon, it won't be as much of a problem as both of my monitors will be 4K, but currently, splitting time between a 4k and a 1080p monitor make all sorts of programs go stupid.
