View button tries to open file with Editor2

After moving to Windows 11, it turns out the view button on the toolbar tries to open the file in Editor2 instead of opening/closing the quickview pane. Ctrl-F3 and Ctrl-Q still work though. I tried to remove the button and then add it again, but that didn't help.

On a fresh install F3 is assigned to view and view uses Editor4 by default but you can change what F3 does with customize/keyboard.

There does not seem to be a toolbar button available for Quick viewer even though an icon is shown on the menu but you could make a Quick viewer toolbar button by creating a macro

COMMAND 32934

and putting it on a toolbar.

Well I am not seeing a built-in toolbar button for Quick viewer (which toggles the preview pane) and I have looked pretty closely on the toolbar customize dialog on both 5.4.0.2 and 5.4.0.7.
