improved Focus highlight?

Hi

When using Dual Pane view
AND Mirror browsing

The Active pane Focused item is highlighted in pale-blue
and the inactive pane focus is highlighted by a dotted outline of the filename.

I find the dotted-outline hard to identify (Perhaps ageing eyesight?)

Is there a way to change the settings to select a different style for the inactive-pane-highlight?

for example I would like to try a setting that made the filename's text black and the background yellow.

regards

because the dotted inactive item is NOT selected, its highlight is "discreet" only with the focus border
At present there's no control (and it would be very hard to change the appearance)

Thank you for your reply.

When I mirror browse thumbnails, the dotted-line-focus-highlight-in-the-inacvive-pane is especially hard to see because it is overwhelmed by the thumbnail itself.

OK so I can't modify the file name text highlight, but
Is there anything I could do with that inactive-thumbnail-itself, to make the thumbnail easier to identify?

regards

there's nothing YOU can do but I'll see if I can make the rectangle around the whole thumbnail instead for the next update

Thanks for the clarified answer.

Thanks also for adding it to your IDEAS list

I made it larger, however as with all things windows it is extremely difficult to make the dotted rectangle more prominent without introducing flaws!

Thanks,

presumably I should be able to see the change when the next update is released?
