Editor2 has lost its ability to show active internet links and e-mail addresses; they now display as regular plain text.
I recently upgraded this machine to Symantic Norton Systemworks 2003 from Systemworks 2000, and noticed the problem with Editor2 sometime thereafter. I cleaned the registry of items related to Editor2 & Explorer2 and "reinstalled"; still has no "live" links. Also, Autotext menu, except 1st line, is "grayed-out". All else seems normal.
I'm running Windoze 98se & IE6.
Any clue what's happened here?
Sincerely, kgrauch

it looks like some program you installed has messed up your riched20.dll. See FAQ #24 for more info
autotexts are grayed out till you "activate" them. To do that follow the instructions in the grayed-out text (also appear on the status bar): Press [Ctrl+Shift+NUMBER] to activate/edit autotext NUMBER
