I tried renaming the key you suggested, and it seems to have no effect. xplorer2 still opens .zip files as folders. even deleting both keys has no effect.

right, I don't think its meant to be drag and dropped anywhere. Its for when you want to get rid of the shortcut, you drag it away from the bar and it destroys the icon. Explorer just displays one of those icons indicating that its not droppable.
