Re: xplorer² macros
Well, I type a macro and click Save, which seems quite reasonable and there's no indication that I can't do that. I don't know my macro hasn't been saved until go to Organize and it isn't there and I don't know why. The macro dialog looks like any editing situation, in which I could save at any time...

Re: xplorer² macros
Let me say the biggest obstacle I encountered getting started with macros is that you can't "save" until you "run".

Re: Windows 10 Photos app opens only single image
I'd like to reopen this topic because it really is an annoyance to me. Windows 10 latest, Xplorer2 4.0.0.2 ULT x64. Windows 10 Photos app is my default for images. When X2 opens an image from within a folder of images, the Photos app comes up with no backward/forward arrows and no way to get to the ...

Re: xplorer2 Pro x64 missing Beyond Compare context menu on Win 10
P.S. A user command I find useful to compare files in two different panes:
>C:\Program Files (x86)\Beyond Compare\bcomp.exe "$F" "$G"
>C:\Program Files (x86)\Beyond Compare\bcomp.exe "$F" "$G"

Re: xplorer2 Pro x64 missing Beyond Compare context menu on Win 10
I don't have any problem with Beyond Compare's context menu in Xplorer2. I'm currently at v2.3.6 (64-bit) of Beyond Compare and v4.0.0.2 ULT x64 of Xplorer2.

Re: Windows 10 Photos app opens only single image
Y'know, I thought that was just because the photo app sucks and I went back to Photo Gallery just to get next/prev arrows. But I always use xplorer2, so I never noticed I would get the arrows if I opened a jpg in explorer.

How to hide "dot" files
I've really never used filter expressions, but now I have a use for them but I can't figure out how to do it.
I want to hide files and folders in my home directory that start with "." Any suggestions?
