My thoughts:
1) Screenshots are too small (hard to read).
2) Give 1-2 line summary under each screenshot, so people can get it fast and then read details if they want.
3) I would give Flash a try. Simple 2-3 steps demos for each feature should be rather small in size.

Yep, it would be nice and a pretty "harmless" features:
- whatever "improved" algorithm for average speed
- get size of all selection and show additional ETA in brackets
