Awesome, thank you so much!
Interestingly, if I checked each individual item in the keyboard section carefully I could tell what the commands were, NVDA reads me the name of the command when I tab into the list of shortcuts

Switching tabs using the keyboard
Is it possible for me to switch tabs using just keyboard commands? In a lot of applications, I can use control+tab or control+shift+tab. However, this does not work in X2. I also looked in the customize -> keyboard area and couldn't find it. Is there a way to do this?

Re: Pressing backspace to go up a level with a screen reader reports incorrect focused item, unless sorting by unsorted.
I'm fairly certain you as the developer can completely fix this actually without even needing to touch the accessibility layer. It's behaving like you're adding all the items to the list, setting the keyboard focus, then sorting. You should only set the keyboard focus after sorting, that'll fix it i...

Re: Ribbon nonfunctional with NVDA
Okay so this is fascinating, I have a standard menu bar in my main xplorer2 windows but a ribbon in the scrap container? In either case even if it's in the main window it doesn't read with NVDA. I press alt, and use up and down arrow. Nothing is announced, but I do hear windows ding noises when I'm ...

Ribbon nonfunctional with NVDA
Steps to reproduce: 1. Set Xplorer2 to use the ribbon. 2. Start NVDA. 3. Focus Xplorer2, and press alt. 4. Try to up/down arrow through the ribbon. Expected behavior: Ribbons are honestly fairly hated among most screen reader users, but they do at least normally read. If you want to see how one shou...

Re: Pressing backspace to go up a level with a screen reader reports incorrect focused item, unless sorting by unsorted.
Sure. I have my xplorer2 sorting by name. I went into a folder in %HOMEPATH%\dropbox, called music. I hit backspace to go out of it, expecting NVDA to tell me that I'm focused on the music folder. But instead, it speaks some random file, probably because it tries to speak the focused item before sor...

Pressing backspace to go up a level with a screen reader reports incorrect focused item, unless sorting by unsorted.
The title pretty much sums up this one. Unless I set my files to sort by "unsorted", when I press backspace, my screen reader announces a totally different file/folder than what I'm focused on, leading to great confusion in many cases.
Is it possible for this to be looked into?
Thanks!

Re: v6
I recently discovered DOS command mode, and it's really nice! However, the output of commands doesn't automatically read to my screen reader, like it does in command prompt. For example, if I run echo hi in cmd, I hear "hi". In xplorer2, I can hit up arrow and see it, but it's not spoken a...

Re: v6
That did it, thank you so much! if your original value was 67168021 then the new value should be 67172117 not 67162117 you probably just made a typo, the fourth digit from left or fifth from right should be a 7 not a 6 also, if you have multiple layouts, make sure you are changing the correct binDua...

Re: v6
That didn't seem to do it. I opened regit, and changed the value of binDualPaneFlags from 67168021 to 67162117, and the title bar still has Xplorer2 - in front of it.

Re: v6
It's seemingly random, but it mainly seems to happen if I have other xplorer2 windows open, and it tends to save to a folder I either have open or had open recently. For example, if I opened documents, then code, and ran a program from the code folder that tried to save a file in code, if I hit this...

Re: v6
Hi, Unfortunately I was unable to get it to work. I first tried exactly what you said, opening the window, typing Program Name, and pressing enter. I got focused on a text element that I couldn't interact with, or move between the multiple options that showed up. They all got thrown at me as one big...

Re: v6
I always run executables by hitting enter. Haven't tested any other way. How can I check if this setting is enabled if I can't access it in the new version?
