Re: Copying; Keep Window Open w/ Use Queue Option
Big copy operation time of the month for my backup files - copying daily image files over to removable storage from June - so I got a chance to better follow your instructions to see how things worked. I understand the thought process behind the "keep this window open at end of transfer" o...

Re: Copying; Keep Window Open w/ Use Queue Option
K I'll try that next time - kind of an odd additional step but if that's what I need to do then I will.
How do I access the logs you referred to? I can't find an option in the GUI.

Re: Copying; Keep Window Open w/ Use Queue Option
I don't know anything about the old copy logs so that hasn't been helpful for me to this point. And while there IS a 100% text on the progress window titlebar, that titlebar is no longer on the screen when the window closes because the "keep window open" option doesn't transfer over to the...

Copying; Keep Window Open w/ Use Queue Option
I've noticed a small thing which my not be working as intended... When you use "use queue" option with robust copy and check the box to "keep this window open at the end of transfer" that box unchecks when additional queue copies are performed. So if I start a queue operation and...

Re: Prevent sleep
Had an opportunity to see this new addition to v3502 at work - and I upgraded to ultimate beforehand to boot. Computer is set to sleep after two hours. Started a copy process in x2 which lasted five hours and went to bed. Arose eight hours later to a sleeping computer. I awoke the badbox to find tha...

Re: Prevent sleep
Oh NICE! That was quick; you must've really liked the idea... Are you integrating this change into both the Pro and Ultimate versions?

Re: Prevent sleep
Is that something that can be supplied to x2 as it is now through one of its many mind boggling interface options (a good thing,) or something requiring a programming change on your part? An option to enable "keep awake during copy operations" would certainly be most welcome.

Re: Prevent sleep
Thanks for the reply - and good luck finding a solution for x2! That'd be sweet. I was quite surprised to learn that the OS would allow the computer to sleep during a copy procedure, though even more surprised it would resume from where it left off when awakened. But of course, that doesn't do much ...

Prevent sleep
Is there a way for Xplorer^2 Pro to prevent the PC from sleeping during a copy process without having to turn sleep off in the Win10 settings?

Hover selection only in active pane
Yet another hover selection question/problem... I'm sorry! Is it possible to set x2 so that hover selection only works in the ACTIVE pane in an effor to mimic how Windows Explorer would work with two windows open? If I want to use hover selection in the opposite pane, I'd like to first have to cli...

you can't run 2 versions in parallel, unless you use the /P command line switch. otherwise the 2nd copy will run as a new window in the first process This is probably old news covered with spider webs for most of you, but I'm happy I finally figured it out... Using the /P and /S (separate registry...

Well, I didn't use single/hover until recently - until a verison where I noticed both options were available. Enacting them made me realize how much I missed using Win Explorer that way. It seems like 2x places the results of a click in the pane which is active when the result comes back as opposed...
