I have used different kinds of desktop search. None is as good as the one integrated in Apple's "Finder". The best and fastest I've ever seen. But that's the only thing I like about Apple.
I don't know how it works, but if you can program anything like that for Windows, I want to have it!

Editor² configuration - save as .txt automatically
I use Editor² (2.6.0.6 Ansi) to read and write textfiles (what I like best is the prog shutting down on ESC). So I always use the File\Save As - option. I would like editor² to automatically add the extension ".txt" to my given filename. How can I make editor² do that and save my time? BTW...
