Robust Delete and Thumbs.db on Windows XP

As you know, Thumbs.db files are stored in each directory that contains pictures or movies on Microsoft Windows NT versions prior to Vista. I personally don't like those files on my hard drives, but files downloaded from the Internet sometimes contain these files after extraction. When I want to del...

i think it's easy for me to add regexp rename, but who will benefit? rocket scientists only FYI, with another file manager, XYplorer (quite expensive compares to x2), it can rename 200 files from spaces to underscores by just pressing Ins; another popular renaming job is convert from %20 to space. ...

@BugHunter: You can contact Nikos via support email to know what is changed in the new version. If Nikos were lazy he would never release newer versions of x2 regularly. As you know, coding is hard, fixing bugs is much more harder and write a few lines about what is beeing fixed in the change log is...

With me, the Mini scrap is very useful. I use it as an alternative to my desktop :D

It can used to store bookmarks to folders, shorcuts to programs. For example, one .wmv file can be open with WMP by default but if I want to use VLC, just a drag'n'drop is done.

suggestion: add skin support to editor2! now it looks too different from xplorer2... Yeah, great suggestion. Also please add a feature to change the encoding of the current files. Text files created from clipboard in xplorer2 have Unicode (UCS2 little endian) encoding and couldn't be handled with U...

nikos wrote:there are 2 reasons why admin isn't enabled
1. you are the administrator (runas or uac disabled)
2. you don't have the manifest file in the installation folder

the download locations will be updated slowly, in the meantime use just the main download locations
Yeah, the second reason. Thank you!
