at the very least match what Win Explorer already does windows explorer checkboxes are dead easy to LOSE with one accidental click. is there a way to reliably use both versions side by side simultaneously? use /P command line switch to start the second, like Gandolf says checkboxes are visible when they are enabled, so you don't need to rely on the menu icon! if you read the announcement notes, checkboxes are used for pretty mu...

there is no disable flag, if you don't click on the "plain" link the filter will stay complex

the drivebar shows only a letter for brevity. If you put your mouse over a button you see a popup tip with the full drive name

I think that unregistered versions don't allow INI persistence
but you can save your settings and be safe. I have tested it upon myself for some time so I don't expect it to format your HD

i am sure xplorer2 macro recorder will be able to help you here whatever you're trying to do, just use the mouse while recording

the inner dialog appears in 00s of places so it isn't feasible to get the keys right for all of them
