I thought the problem was just for LITE version, are you saying it happens for PRO too?
definitely it (cannot) have anything to do with xplorer2, some windows 11 bug

that would be a major architectural change, and frankly I don't think hunting for a search tab among 10 others will be easier than grabbing the dedicated window

just disable caption messages from advanced options

when you send files to scrap one by one, the idea is you (probably) want to send in more, hence the focus stays with the main window

the focus issue when using browse flat for the first time is really the CAPTION message that shows about the operation (14 files flattened)

a few others have reported this for the lite version, and it seems that turning on delete confirmations (a good thing in itself) from recycle bin properties "solves" the focus problem

all ebooks are some sort of HTML with compression. The plainest I saw was FB2 that are plain html
which format are you thinking of? Try the pack and see how it goes

although I don't seem to get messages myself, I created a test account and it works
when you post a new question, make sure you tick "Notify me when a reply is posted" box (see further down)
then you will receive an email ...

when you click [X] xplorer2 doesn't exit, it just hides
then probably you reboot and xplorer2 doesn't get a chance to save settings

use HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES to get it

if you have a crashing PDF Xchange previewer installation please let me know

I tried it myself and it remembers the delete dialog size...
are you saving to INI files perhaps? Try quitting xplorer2 with ALT+X keys while save settings on exit is enabled

what xplorer2 version are you running?
also do you see problems with any other settings, e.g. does it remember the main window size and position?

I take it when you resize the dialog while xplorer2 is running then it stays in proper size (?)
do you have "save settings on exit" option enabled?

in the past few versions column sets include the sort order
