I'm running XP.  Does loading 2xExplorer automatically load the manifiest file?  I notice that my Drive Icons remain flat whether I have the Option box for flat buttons checked or not.

Duh! ............ but better and better. Now if only all my wishes were granted so quickly............ Thanks, Nikos.

I've been getting exactly the same behavior. See my separate post on 2xExplorer help. Be good if we (Nik!) could figure this out.

I use the bookmark folder you suggested to navigate to my different projects on our network - scattered around different drives on our server.  The crash usually (only!) happens when I double click on the shortcut to a folder on one of those network drives.

I'll start this off with a "help" question for other users.  I recently upgraded to the most recent version that Nik developed to improve compatibility with XP (even tho' I don't have XP on my office computer - I have '98). Since installlation I have been having numerous 2xExplorer crashes...

I would like to add a vote of thanks to you, Nik, for all the time and effort you have put into 2xExplorer! It has been a godsend for me and I use it all the time - would be lost without it. A great tool.  Thanks again.
