Has X2 a special license verification check?

I mainly use sandboxie to browse the web, but I did try opening some registered applications (Office MS, WinRAR, etc.) They open normally without requesting their license.

Menu Tools: Option > general > save program state on exit (clear the option)

Set the view as you like, then
