If you indeed want to get that technical, certainly I did not HAVE to pay for it. It is a choice I made. I was not attempting to belittle my part in making that decision. But to really get techinical, within the context I used that statement, I was saying it because I missed getting the upgrade for ...

RE: Integration of feature requests... ...WHEN he released v2.0.... If that were true, I would definitely be putting the cart before the horse. But somehow that just doesn't make sense. It was my understanding he just released 2.0 this week. This thread has been going on LONG before that. My assump...

Well it should be obvious (at least it is to me now), that I put too much trust in all the openness of this thread. I really believed that all of the suggestions being made were indeed getting serious consideration. And I felt mine were too. Yet, the bottom line is that what I finally ended up with ...

Find subject in Scrap Container
I hope it not too late to add this request to the next update. Please add to the title bar of the Scrap Container that opens as a result of a "Find" the subject of the find--the value entered into the "Find files or folders" dialog box after the word "Named:". Sometimes...

He he hee... If I had known some secret that would resolve the issue, I can assure you I would have already divulged it. I'm afraid this stuff is way above my paygrade. Besides, if it was easy, someone would have already done it. But I sure am glad to see some serious consideration given to the issue!

Very impressive reply, Kilmatead. I got a good kick out of it. :) Sounds like I need to get in touch with his daughter. Maybe I could get her on my side. :) But once more (with feeling), I would still LIKE to see Duration/Length added for at least some the most common audio/video file types--not all...

Hmmmm, Kilmatead, Just like one person's treasure is another's trash, I guess one person's music is another's pornography, right? :) Only I am not sure the logic of those extremes make much sense. I think it is highly likely the number of Nikos' customers interested in music would greatly exceed tho...

Nikos, Kilmatead suggestion RE MediaTab sounds too good to be true. And everyone knows what to expect when that happens! :) But be sure to follow his MediaTab link! It does seem something worth your investigation. It sure seems to support almost any media file type one is likely to encounter. Certai...

infotips
Thanks Nikos for the "infotip". :) However I long ago turned off infotips because I found them absolutely annoying. But I am sure glad that you actually made it possible to turn them off. Most Microsoft products put supposedly helpful "stuff" in like that and give you no control ...
