Thanks for the reply Nikos. I've no complaints with X2's FTP implementation. For the occasional file (logs, the odd php and an image or two) it's very convenient. I just thought a setting could help increase the speed. I'll check out winscp though. Cheers.

Not a big deal. A double click levels up and then the bookmarks work normally.

Just tried to login to my FTP and nothing's happening.

I can copy paste the details into my browser and login; Filezilla and Dreamweaver connects but not X2.

I haven't got a firewall installed, just XP's native firewall and an AV.
