How has the "business" changed in your view? To me it seems that it is easier than ever to find a crack for applications developed by ISVs. On the other side, big vendors are very aggressively sending DMCA takedown notices.

It looks like all the search engines craktracker uses are no longer available or do not return any useful data.

Maybe the application can be updated.

I agree that it takes effort to keep the list updated. But it makes sense because otherwise every user of the app has to go through even more false positives.

http://firedrive.com/ is dead. It can be removed from the url list.

rockfile.eu does not take DMCA notices by email (they ignore them). So I recommend you send them to their web hosting provider Leaseweb: abuse@leaseweb.com
However Leaseweb is a known safe haven for piracy and most likely ignores them as well.
