I have a 27 inch monitor and could put more bookmark icons on the toolbar than it appears is allowed by some kind of limit. Is there a way around that limit?

Specifying Searches
I am running 5.2.0.0 ULT x64. I wanted to find files that contained joseph in the name. If I specify just joseph, Find Files will find them. If I specify joseph* it won't find any files. Why would that be?

Re: Command line won't open x2 when folder groups are specified
Thanks, Nikos. I thought the names had to be enclosed in angle brackets in the command. Once I removed them, it worked.

Command line won't open x2 when folder groups are specified
I activate a cmd file with a vbs script that then runs a utility that positions x2 on the screen. I would also like to use that process to open x2 with certain folder groups. The original command is: "C:\Program Files\zabkat\xplorer2_ult\xplorer2_64.exe" /M The command I have tried for ope...

Re: Find files can't find file
That was it. I checked: Treat folder junctions as normal folders for recursive commands. I had a trial Office 365 that came with my computer that was automatically converted to my regular subscription, so it was not installed in the normal manner. That's where that weird foldername came from. There ...

Re: Find files can't find file
The file I am searching for is Excel15.xlb, and it is in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Office.Desktop_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel. If I run Find *.xlb when I am in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Office.Desktop_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Roa...

Re: Find files can't find file
Just needed to put an * in front of the xlb in the Named box.
Actually, this didn't fix the problem. When I searched my whole C drive, x2 didn't find the file. It only found it when I went up to the immediate parent folder.

Find files can't find file
If I search for Excel15.xlb in the folder it is stored in, Find finds it. If I go up one or more levels in the folder path, it does not find it. Find is set to Search subfolders, depth first. It doesn't matter if I use search index or not. I have checked global\Find Blacklist to make sure nothing th...

Re: iPhone not detected
Immediately after posting this question, I read another post about clicking the double arrowhead to navigate to all drives. I clicked on it a couple times and saw my iPhone. So, yes, x2 can navigate an iPhone. The phone just doesn't show up in the tree pane. I take that back. I closed the tree and o...
