Yikes - the old-school UI is a large part of what makes xp2 'productive' When looking at a new app, a flat- or mobile-style UI makes me drop that app right into the bit-bucket.

This is Windows 8.1 "N" meaning the base install is English-only, with no Media Framework. Good browsers can't play videos, I assume because there are no codecs etc.
