Topic: Keyboard Shortcut for Mirror Browsing not working - Ctrl-M

I assume you have checked in "Customize | Keyboard" that Mirror Browsing has Ctrl+M set as the Current key shortcut, and also the "Keyboard use" list.

I like the colours, but then I'm an "old timer" as I've indicated in posts elsewhere on the forum. The title bar in particular is almost Minns Green, one of my favourite colours. However, the green used for "Are you fed up with windows explorer?" etc... doesn't seem to fit with the other greens (too...

You will soon learn the different cries Nikos - I am in pain; I am hungry; I want my nappy changed; I am annoyed (usually because brother / sister has taken favourite toy). The latter has yet to come!!

Might be a silly question, but you've not somehow got a keyboard shortcut assigned to "Add current" without realizing it? Check Customize | Keyboard | Bookmarks.

It's 3 to 1 now against you Nikos!

Surely it can't be so against your principles to provide an exact match option.

The Mark / Show items according to rule is so powerful that it's a pity there is no exact match option.

Please re-think and add it.

... if you can't match your last extension character you can match any one e.g. exactmatch.?ls Come off it! How many do I have to try?? exactmatch.?ls, exactmatch.x?s, exactmatch.xl?, and more if the extension (as it often is) is more than three characters long. There are dozens of extensions and t...

Might be for you, but that is the extension (001, 002, etc...) that the studio editor software generates as backups - I have thousands of them!!!! But the extension is not the point. The point is that I am unable to specify the filter I want because you think you know better, and decide to modify it...

Hmmm. That won't work. If I want to find 01.001 but not 01.002 or 001.001 then I can't find an easy way to do it. I just want to display the files that match the filter I enter - seems simple enough to me. I still don't understand your logic of adding wild cards when not asked for, it just seems tha...

That's unfortunate.

I hope Nikos can either come up with a solution, or restore the previous situation.

I'll now will have to check some of the moving I've done since version 1.7.2.6 to see if anything has been moved incorrectly.

It appears that using:

"01.jpg,." or "01.jpg,-" (without quotes)

no longer works to display files that match only 01.jpg, or have I missed a setting?

All files now appear to be displayed. I don't know when this changed, I only noticed it to-day and couldn't find any reference to a change.

Tools | Advanced options. Under the section "Main Frame" the option "Middle mouse button doesn't close tab (or double-click)". I don't think there is an option to disable only double click, and keep the middle mouse button active.

100% agree with you RickyF.

If you read the forum regularly BugHunter you will know what issues have been reported, and therefore what is likely to have been fixed or changed.

Ctrl+H: From the help file "...All files that have matching names will be displayed in the folder pane, and the rest will be hidden from view. Note that folders in the pane are not hidden...". Alt+H should do what you want. Select the "Folders" checkbox and only folders matching the name are display...
