Hard Link Replace Dialog Bug
Little bug here which has existed forever: If you copy a file and want to insert it as hard link and there is a file with the same name already in place it asks (quite normal) for the replacing options. The option "no to all" has never worked. It just works like the simple "no" a...

Also you can tweak x2 to switch between the panes with right/left arrow which I'm using all the time since personally I think it's more convenient to navigate with. I couldn't find it in the advanced options. Nikos, or anyone, is this still a registry tweak only? (And if so, what was it? I've used i...

If you're comparing renamers you shouldn't leave out Flexible Renamer which (surprisingly) isn't so well known. It's my personal favourite and appealed to me from the start (similar to 2x way back). I've recommended it before. I don't know about Win7 or 64bit apps since I'm still on XP. But please c...

You don't need a user command for the task here. Use MRename which is a shell-extension and gives you to opportunity to choose from quite a lot of renaming samples after a right-click on the selected files (MR Quickmenu). Though I just checked, the option to convert spaces to underscores doesn't see...

Maybe X2 can still help with the task. If you use Alt-D in the root folder you get a window with the sizes and count of files of the subfolders. The ones without files and only subfolders are sorted at the bottom. You can't delete them directly from this pane, but you can jump to the folder with <en...

Hm, a little workaround could be this: Use a 2-windowed scrap pane. First you flatten one folder (the DVD I presume) with Shift-Enter or Browse Flat from the File Menu. (If you don't have 2 windows in the scrap pane go to that with Ctrl-O). Now flatten your other folder in the same way. I don't know...

warning of opening large files
This is a very low priority item.
The warning for large files opened by 2xEd is very useful since usually it's indeed a mistake (hit F3 instead of F2 or something).
But if you choose "No" wouldn't it be logical to close 2xEd entirely and not open an empty window of it?
