do you mean the change of extension with *.xxx that you could add in the target path in 2x? That's the only renaming that could be possible anyway, as it seems x2 has gone down a different path so renaming must be done separately after copying, using the script wizard or a direct "ren" fro...

you can flatten a folder just by hitting shift+enter in the main x2 window, no need to open a scrap frame first; see browse flat in file menu

you mean you don't see the clickable part or you can't see any titlebars at all? If the latter, just delete the registry key and you should get them by default one advantage of using editor2 as the viewer (you can have another external too) is that you get all the search options automatically passed...

may i reiterate that the whole ftp thingy in x2 is 100% underwritten by IE/m$. x2 just reads whatever is provided just like as if it was a regular network folder

there was a problem reported by many w98 users
this is now fixed for the next version
if you want to see the feature now, you'll need to set a desktop font like "Tahoma" or some other modern font
