When I click on Actions > Import settings, instead of getting a window opening so I can select the backed-up settings file, I just get a Windows error sound. What's up with that?

Curiosity gets the better of me though. Why is it I never had to do any of that with v2.5.0.4 which, other than adding SaboFX's XL toolbar skin, worked perfectly straight out of the box?

Perfect! Fixed my interface.
The only thing I would like to see is a 48px version of SaboFX's toolbar icons as I have been using those for years and have become used to them.
