Thanks for trying with the Ribbon. Customization would be pretty cool. But in truth, most power-users will probably just stick to the old toolbar/menu setup.

Actaully I lied. This http://i.imgur.com/MikHKwB.png is the icon that I use. (Though ironically, ResUpdater won't update the actual icon on your desktop). Well you said, "xploer2 icon." You're not the first person to dislike the icon. Do a forums search for "big ugly orange icon" :wink: Personally, I think it looks too much like the Outlook icon... I like to use Kilmatead's Resource Updater tool to change it back to the old gold on...

Kudos on this tool, Kilmatead! When you originally wrote v1, I did not yet have access to Win 7, so didn't use, and forgot it existed...
I've now rediscovered it and am impressed. Will play around more and see if I can break it....
