BTW: The Internet Explorer icon doesn't sort properly in the desktop folder.  It should be properly grouped with the other system icons.

Please improve the look of thumbnail highlighting by making it XP's Windows Explorer style [i.e. colored bold box outline].  The current colorizing of the whole thumbnail makes the highlight hard to find when with similar colored thumbnails.  Thanks.

I've defaulted my file folders to open with xplorer2.  This works for folder shortcuts, too.  However, folder shortcuts with changed icons don't open with xplorer2.  Please fix this.  Perhaps add an option to make xplorer2 the default file browser system wide.  Thanks.

Please highlight items in the folder tree in true Windows fashion [i.e. colored box], instead of the bold text approach.  This will make seeing highlighted items in the tree a lot easier.  The current bold text only approach is too hard to see.  Thanks.
