No, I don't use the auto-save option for settings.  I like to make my changes and manually save them.  So with my default directory displayed, I turn on color coding and then "Save settings now".  (My default layout is one file view on the right, directory tree opened on the left.) Then I ...

"Activate color coding" disabled at startup

I've noticed that the "Activate color coding" option does not save with the rest of the settings.  It's always turned off when I restart x2.  Maybe that part of the programming isn't done yet.

Can the window title bar text be changed?

When I have a lot of windows open, often all I can see of the x2 title bar in the task bar is all or some of the "xplorer2" string.  I'd like to see the path first.  Ideally, I'd also like to see the whole path string of the current folder, such as "E:\dl\wallpaper", instead of &...

the idea is that you want to see all the folders for browsing and filter the content (files). Clearly this leaves you out!
A design decision, then.  OK -- that makes sense.

the wildcard filter doesn't apply to assumed folders, only to files the only way to achieve folder filtering is through Alt+H, which as fred said is a pro-only feature May I ask why?  Even the DOS "DIR" command can filter directory names via wildcards.  If it's a marketing decision (Lite ...

Hmm... Doesn't work for me.  Version Lite 1.3.0.2, running on Windows 2000, accessing a directory on a network drive. I add a filter "inactive" (the address bar reading "P:\x\user\*inactive*"), and the entire directory list remains unchanged.  Refreshing does not change a thing. ...

Visual filtering does not work on directory names?

I'm trying to use a wildcard filter on subdirectory names, but it seems this does not work.  All subdirectories are listed anyway.  Does this feature work on directory names, or just files?

Feature request: Drive Bar

I'd love to see a Drive Bar added to xplorer2. Each drive would be represented by an icon, and would behave just like a drive in Windows Explorer: It would be a drop target, and right-click on the icon would show the drive's context menu.

Keystroke to jump to address bar?

Is there a keystroke that will change input focus to the address bar? I've not found one in the help file.
