x2 usually can't just replace a part in the basename, just the basename as a whole (or add something at the front and the end). x2 can replace a part in the base name when the target base names are identical (as they were in the original post). So, given the following files Streets & Trips run....

If you use Ctrl+Alt+Q, it will select only folders, not any single files.
So if you use Alt+A after Ctrl+Alt+Q, it actually unselects all previously selected folders.
