When copying indentical folders, contents are merged,

Nikos, I see that in 1.7.2 Robust Transfer hasn't introduced anything new with regards to the windows like behaviour of Merging the contents of two identical folders, my question to you is, are you ever going to change or at least modify the Robust Transfer dialog to reflect that identical folders c...

nikos, you should also state that Robust Transfer will stop the transfer if it encounters errors, i.e. stream errors etc...requiring operator to be present and to click for further progress.

I have taken out the drive bar in x2 since i hardly use it, & i get more space without it. - i use ctrl+shift+driveletter usually Thanks for the tip of the hot keys for drive selection, a bit cumbersome but useful. I have tailored my tool bars so that drive bar and standard tool bar are in one ...

I also like how the other FM's with drive icons symmetrically above the panes have "MS Windows Networks" as icons in the drive bars, very handy, saves having to drill down to find a networked pc. Some might argue that the address bar with appropriate command line is quicker, that may be tr...

they're redundant. not to me I use them ALL THE TIME. I prefer keyboard for this operation). that is not quicker than clicking on a icon, and also far less intuitive. As an alternative to double drive bar I would suggest adding some sort of Shift-Click operation which will change the drive on the i...

After looking at several other FM's, I like the way that some of them have easy access to the drive icons above the respective pane. Currently with X2 there is no way to have the drive icons symmetrically positioned above each pane, this would enhance and quicken drive selection for each pane. The w...

narayan, thank you for your offer of help. If I use the hot keys to invoke sync or compare, does that use the default settings or custom settings for the respective commands ? EDIT; forget that, stupid question, I see it invokes the dialoge after hot key selection I am experimenting with Ctrl+F9 and...

narayan, thank you for our reply, I really really tried with X2's sync and compare functions for hours, setting up test folders trying this, trying that, to no avail yes I tried opening a scrap pane as well, but I just couldn't find the folders with additional files. I'm just one of those users that...

And yes I have tried the sync wizard for hours with every possible co...
