when setting new file extensions, they end up as 2 characters (i.e. when setting as txt it ends up as tx).

anyone else replicate this?

a very very small, minute, minor thing! :) when you have set up colour coding, if the file type you have colour coded is at the top (first file shown), then only the file name and other columns are coloured. full row colouring is not shown for the very first file (if it is meant to be colour coded)....

I would thought this possible and think it's as simple as:

You click the more...' option on the list
The list gets redisplayed with the omitted commands

Would it not be as simple as this thinking?

Hi Yamo, Maybe you need to click the button on the toolbar in order to delete from  a search. You can add a TRASH button if you want to permanently delete the file. Or hold CTRL and then press delete if you want to simply delete files (adding them to the Recycle bin if they're on a local disk). Hope...

How should the user control appear?  I'm assuming you mean how I think it would work.

You could click a button on the toolbar / keyboard shortcut
It would then lock the preview (the pane background could change colour)

Let me know if that's not what you mean.
