I have just tried it. Five excel files, two of which were adjacent, the others spread out and a pdf in the selection also (which was adjacent to an excel file).

All five opened in Excel, even stopping to ask about Macro permissions, then Adobe opened up for the pdf.

Why didn't you just drag it to the required side?

I saw the same problem with PsPad. I had to choose another icon that was available in PsPad to fix it.

There are no crash reports of any kind, neither x2 or windows. It does not matter what style the pane is in; thumbnails, list, details etc, it makes no difference. The tree is off as is the preview pane. Bizarrely, if I go into a folder within My Docs, it is ok. As soon as I come out of that folder ...

There is no crash report. x2 just closes.

I have narrowed it down to the fact that even just entering the "My Documents" folder, x2 will close.

This is not a problem on the regular x2.

Got the alpha to work only by deleting my existing reg entries.

Crashes if I select Ctrl+K either by keyboard or via menu. There are no crash reports or debug info
