Here's another: Ribbon> Home> Find. Using the mouse, one can select either the regular search or the quick search. Using the keyboard, one can select only the quick search.

Ribbon shortcuts: on the View tab, f is assigned to Hide folders, F1 to Filter and F2 to Folder groups. There's no way to access F1 and F2, as pressing f hides folders and you're done.
