I like the way speedcommander lists the drives and connected drives DIRECTLY ABOVE the nav panes, this makes it easier and less confusing selecting drive/s for respective pane below, very nice feature indeed. I'm not changing yet for it seems to have the same stupid merge behaviour when copying fold...

Many thanks...

My vote for this one! Plus the ability to flag specific files with colour coding or some symbol (for example, the ones that still need revising against the ones that don't). I use mp3tag http://www.mp3tag.de/en/ for all my tagging, its easy and quick to use with a great UI. The reason I mention th...

I voted for Robust transfer, but....as you well know I think that it should have a option to overwrite folders completely without merging their contents, I won't belabour the point as its well covered in the other thread. Perhaps rename Robust transfer to Smart Transfer or Smart Copy I think this f...

Future X2 upgrade policy, don't mind paying but...
I really don't mind paying for future upgrades, but.... I will have a long hard look at the changelogs of future upgrades because of future improvements to the Robust transfer feature, I honestly think that overwrite should delete old and replace with new for files AND FOLDERS, I don't think that me...

urrgh, that is really frustrating, and I honestly thought that overwrite meant delete old and replace with new when copying folders as well. perhaps a merge option could be added to the robust copy menu, as well as overwrite for folders, then one could select which method one would want for folders,...

Overwrite function in Robust Transfer ?
Does the Overwrite function place the contents of the new in the old thereby actually merging the contents, or, does it delete the previous and then copy new ?.
Thanks

If this is not about mapping network folders then you might find following links useful Thank for the links. Well I'm not sure what the correct terminology is for what I have done, But I enabled two drives to be shared and written to on the client pc, which I can see with my host pc with X2 and in ...
