my documents is a special folder like the desktop, so you see slightly varying versions of it depending on how you get into it. There's the physical filesystem folder, and the virtual one right under the desktop Something to take into account then, but it is very surprising. Is it an option to chan...

Ctrl-K is not the same as going to the directory?

Using the latest xplorer I have strange behaviour on the Ctrl-K, this is on Windows 7 Professional 64 bits. I use the Ctrl-K (C:\Users\Wila\Documents) go up the directory with backspace and to my surprise the subdirectory Downloads is missing and there is more missing, like Desktop. But if I go to C...

I added this to my Alt-Mouse Left Click script (which moves a window just by using the Alt-LeftMouse combination) Wonderful. Thanks for the script.

Isn't this already how it is?
I totally agree.

User friendly? What does that mean in this context? Easily said, but if you don't define it, it does mean anyhting. I work already a very long time with products like xplorer2, dating back to Norton Commander in the DOS, centuries ago. I like the concept. It is already user friendly. What I liked is...

Clear answer, thank you. I did indeed not check it on another environment then Win7. And it explains also why this strange behaviour on Windows site was not seen before.
Ok, I'll take a look at the date columns and decide if it bothers me. Thanks again.

the short version of this discussion is that if the 1 hour difference is annoying you just sync-touch the dates as explained here www.zabkat.com/blog/28Oct07.htm There are two important reasons why this would not work. 1) I don't have write rights on the server 2) There is no FAT involved. The file...

Summer time all files are older now.... are they?

Time to whip up this problem again. I've scanned several discussions but could not locate a good answer on it. I have a file which is created on the network (Windows server) on 21 Oct. 14:38:10. If I use xplorer2 to find this file and it shows up as 13:38:10. But if I use the explorer (Windows 7 Pro...

The help file will be transformed into a wiki? Will there be a PDF available too? The problem with a WIKI is that you must have internet access. And that is not always the case. And if you just want to read the file for learning the product a wiki is also not good, a wiki is useful for searching as ...

Decidedly, listening to the nice Google lady doing the pronunciation, it would appear my tongue is decidedly broken, for it just can't do that.  No doubt the nice Google lady mourns this loss to the world.    If you try the Dutch translation (male person), you got throat problems too :D ...

About the manual. Not Nikos has written that one, it is someone else. Sorry I forgot his name, but it will be probably finished soon. Another guy which work must not be forgotten, but what was his name......
