HELP!!!!

Downloaded the trial version of ultimate 64bit xplorer2. After about 10 min. I decided to uninstall the program. When the uninstall started the program began deleting all my files on my desk top. I stopped the uninstall process after it was about 75% complete. Can any one help me with retrieving the files. I tried a restore point but no luck. Has any one heard of this happening before? or know a solution.

xplorer2 doesn't start deleting your files when you uninstall it. If you somehow deleted important files, you can either retrieve them from a recent backup (if you had any) or try one of these undelete procedures
