x2 feature request: "ctrl-z undo"

Along with prior request to be able to set 'hover delay' before the tree expands, I think it would be really good to be able to UNDO the previous action [such as drop or copy file(s) -- or even delete] . This especially for case when drop or copy action is simultaneous with the hover delay timeout, resulting in the file(s) disappearing somewhere in a dynamically expanding tree. :!: -- It sure would reduce the frustration of searching for where the file(s) went.

given the breadth and wealth of folder types and situations, and given that x2 just tells the folders to accept the data without really knowing what they're doing with it, undo is very difficult. Perhaps in the future and only for filesystem folders, something may be done along with other planned optimizations for file transfers. If only m$ released how their explorer does it...

PS. If you don't like the hover expansion feature of the tree, you can turn it off; see FTCOPT_HOVEREXPAND in alpha.txt

(agreed) I was hoping that the ctrl-z thing might be a feature of the OS interface (along with the necessary buffers to hold the history data) -- since m$ (& others) uses it so pervasively in their apps.
And that it would therefore be sraightforward to incorporate in x2.

Thanks for pointing me back to alpha.txt
(I keep gorgetting to RTFM  )
I disabled the hover expand bit, and while I was at it, enabled SYNC & FOCUS and I REALLY LIKE the resulting behaviour!
Now I just need to determine for myself whether the convenience of hover expand is worth more than the lack of frustration with occasional mis-dropped files.

:!: Thanks again for the EXCELLENT xplorer, Nikos :!:

It gets better every day I find and activate a 'new' feature. :D
