Howdy:
The first time this happened I did not, of course, have dbmon running. I was manually renaming some files when this error occurred:

I clicked the Ignore button and got this:
The exception Breakpoint
A breakpoint has been reached.
(0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x77fa144b.
Then I was using a file renaming application (THE Rename; x2 and dbmon were running) and when it had completed its operation, up popped the "exception Breakpoint" message. Here is the dbmon output that I think (I'm guessing only) pertains to this:
