I only subscribed to this forum to announce the plug-in once it was done hence my info showing "New Member".

I'm actually the developer of Dirkey itself. I liked the new xplorer2 file manager and Nikos has helped me in various areas with the development of the Dirkey plug-in for it. The plug-in is, however, not an official xplorer2 add-on and I am not a member of his team.

this is a perfect case of "ant colony optimization"

But Microsoft can be quick to use your ideas,so don't let the ants get stepped on. :P
eg:font smoothing,hideing desktop etc.wasn't invented by BG.
Did these ants get paid ?

New version of Dirkey plugin doesn't work for me...

Post by dvsoest »

Unfortunately, the new version of the plugin doesn't work for me :( .

XP Professional SP 1
2xExplorer Product Build: 1.4.1.12
Dirkey NTXP Version 2.0 (Build 3718)
Dirkey plugin 1.1.2.0

Dirkey works fine in Explorer and in MS Office Open dialog.

Anybody suggestions? I even rebooted, that didn't help either.
