I cannot download the 2xExplorer help file. Page cannot be displayed. :?:

Can you give more details?
* Which URL are you trying?
* What exactly happens?
Page cannot be displayed.
...Or did you mean that the file can be downloaded, but does not open?
If that's the case, please check/reinstall Internet Explorer on your PC, because compiled HTML Help file (*.chm) needs IE.

i think the www server is down
try downloading from "personal-pages" instead
(replace www with personal-pages)
