File Path + name

I'd like to know if there's a way to store the file path on clipboard.
By this way I could open a file within any application simply doing this: CTRL +o (open) / CTRL + V (path+filename).
At the moment the only way that I've found is to copy the path that is shown in the Folder history: but that path's missing the file name.
