Hello,

First of all, thanks for a great NC replacement!!!!

I have 2xExplorer installed in two computers (Desktop and Notebook).

I just noticed that on my Desktop the < ctrl >-< Shift >-< letter > keyboard shortcut doesn't take me to the ROOT directory of the drive when I hit it.

If I hit < ctrl >-< Shift >-< C > the 2xExplorer panel doesn't change to the root directory. I can use it to switch drives, but it will not take me to the drive's root directory.

On the notebook, this behaves normally.

Both machines have windows 2000 professional (no service packs).
2xExplorer Info:
Version R7xx "Cartmann"
Product Build: 1.3.1.8

Thanks for any help!

Hi pal,

it's just doing what you configured it to do (inadvertedly  I guess). Try out the button on the left/top of the drive bar (depends if you use it vertically or horizontally).

That's for toggling that it switches to the root or the respective directory.

Hi BRX,

Thanks so much for your prompt reply.

I would have expected to find a TOGGLE button as part of Options not in a toolbar but hey... Time to re-read the manuals, I guess.

Best regards,

Alex
