My bookmarks disappeared, and I can't enter new ones, from the menu it looks like the function is disabled, i.e. light grey text......
Have tried reinstalling, this didn't work, neither did installing the new 1.4 beta version.
I have Windows 98, 2nd Ed.

to setup a bookmark just press [Ctrl+Shift+NUMBER] (number is anything from 0 to 5) as the grey menu item text suggests; this will set a bookmark on the folder you are currently browsing
did you manage to save bookmarks before and then somehow they disappeared? This could only have happened if you deleted registry info
some users had problems with assigning bookmarks due to keyboard shortcut problems (e.g. having a hotkey for a program like ICQ)
