do you know which version you were using before 1.3.1.10, which didn't present you with such problems? do you still have that version to try it out in parallel?

the stack dump you sent me is unfortunately not very useful for bug hunting. Or rather it is very difficult to trace bugs this way. Have a look at the support page where you'll find debugging tips that may help us resolve this problem

The previous version I used was version 1.2.1.7. I have remove it from my PC and only the new version now installed in my PC.

here's a link to the old version you were using:
R7x [1.2.1.7]

try it out and see how it goes.
if that crashes as well, it must be something else you've installed!

When I use the older version (1.2.1.7), everything goes well. No crash. So it must be the New Version that trouble.

Please advise.

Thanks Nikos. I will download version 1.3.1.11. By the way, when I update to newer version, should I clean up the registry first? Or, do all version use the same registry entry so that I don't have to clean up the registry whenever I do updating?

Thanks again.

there's no need to clear the registry

only in case of trouble (e.g. 2x crashes all the time) i recommend trying a fresh registry key in the hope that things will get better

even in that case you don't have to delete the old registry key: just use the /S: command line option to specify a new subkey to use, hence simulating a "fresh" run
