Well, seeing how 2x will be phased out as x2 will eventually supercede it, there probably is no need for the separation. A rename might be worthwhile when x2 gets all of 2x's features.
Either way, I think the members of this forum are kind enough to have proper subject titles which include which program they are talking about; version number even.
Of course, that can be improved if everyone is willing to precede their subject title w/ [2x], [x2-ver#] or something like that, but I don't think even that's necessary.

Why,when it is confuseing.I don't like to read a post that i know nothing about.I better tuck away a copy of 2x,because it does all i want and need,for many years.
