Please add option to set how many lines of text the mouse wheel scrolls in Editor2. I know we can currently set this in Windows, but that affects all other programs--which is undesirable.

I still want this option to be added. I find it more useful to set Editor2 to scroll just one line of text at a time with the mouse wheel. But I want to set this without changing the behavior system wide in Windows, so it doesn't affect other programs.
