Unicode Editor

I've used the Editor since a few years ago, and I especially like the autocomplete and indent features (that win notepad doesn't have them). but there are a few reasons that I still use windows notepad.
1) each time I want to save unicode text by the Editor , I have to open the down menu
(to choose ''save unicode''). I think if it saves unicode by default, even if your text is not unicode, you won't lose anything !
2) it doesn't save .txt by default, so you have to write the extension every time...
