editor2 crashes when I goto "File/ Page setup"
I use the one bundled with the newest version of xplorer² lite. I tried an older version: The same.
I want to print and to choose the printer first. But I can only make the wanted printer the default printer (System) and then print from editor².

Editor² calls DrWatson and then passes away.
DrWatson says: ERROR: Symbol file could not be found. Defaulted to export symbols for C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntdll.dll -

has it got sth to do with my firewall or the printer? It used to work before.

Hi zumpf1,

I cannot reproduce your issue with Editor² v2.7.0.2 or v2.8.0.3
[running on Windows XP/sp3]

You said It used to work before.
You know more about your system than we do.
Ask yourself "What changed?"
New or updated: OS? ... printer? ... AV? ... other software?

With any luck, you can figure it out yourself.
If not, post details of what you know and someone here can try to address your issue.

But first, you might try re-installing the latest xplorer²-Lite [v1.7.0.5 (with Editor² v2.7.0.2)] to see if that fixes the problem.

I have this issue with version 2.9.0.2 Unicode and Vista SP1 32bit.

There is page setup in notepad and that one works on my system. This is definitely editor2's bug.

ok, this gets weirder by the minute... can somebody tell me if this crashes on 64 bit too?

I've been busy with other stuff and had not installed the latest release until just now.
The Page setup dialog in E² v2.9.0.2 also crashes for me on 32bit XP/sp3.
FWIW my printer is a Canon iP4200 & I sent you the minidump / crash log.
I have no 64 bit machine to report on.

I don't think it depends on a printer. I uninstalled every printer and it still happens. The one on notepad works (but can't actually print it of course). I have no 64bit machine either.

On Windows 2000 SP4, Editor² 2.8.0.3 works OK but Editor² 2.9.0.2 crashes. (Printer: Canon MP530)
