How Do I Get Xplorer2 to Look Like This?

I noticed this as I was doing a recent update and checking out what was new in the update. My xplorer2 looks NOTHING like this, and I was surprised to see such a nicely modernized look. How do I get mine to look like this? I'm talking primarily about the toolbar, but if there's a reset I can do to get to where it looks identical to this, that would be nice.

that's how it looks in windows 8 but if you like a large toolbar just get one of the skins: www.zabkat.com/x2skin.htm
