appearance - customizing?

Just evaluating x2 - wondering if there is any way to customize the appearance of the tree/folder view on the left - or the file view on the right.
I did find color coding - but it doesn't appear to allow you to set the properties of the "full-row" selector.
And I haven't found anything allowing the tree/folder view to be customized.
Is there anything that allows this?

there's not much customizing available for the tree, for full row selection see TOOLS >OPTIONS, Window page
