And by "file menu" what he actually means is the big blue button itself, which contains Options and an options-submenu.

Obviously (for anyone trying it) as the beta does not contain the x2SettingsEditor.exe programme, that particular menu item ("Advanced Options") will do nothing at the moment.

I've use menu hack utility to create several buttons for x2 commands that don't have them.

As much as I am nervous about x2 getting a Ribbon I am really excited about it getting a more powerful rename feature. I wish more people would talk about it.

When I was 9 years old I got "really excited" about getting KISS t-shirt for my birthday. Sometimes I think that was the last time I was really excited about anything. It was 1977, the trees were all in glorious bloom, and I was yet to know the pain of furious heartbreak. That said, there was more of a discussion about the rename feature in this original beta thread.
